Position Overview:



We are seeking a high-performing Freelance Recruitment Consultant with strong Business Development capabilities to support ResModTec client acquisition, relationship building, and market penetration strategy. You will be expected to generate leads, close recruitment and outsourcing contracts, and manage accounts with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter or BD consultant with a strong client network and a solid understanding of the UAE labor market, especially within our targeted sectors.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct targeted outreach to decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement, Operations Heads) in government and private sector companies. Build a robust pipeline of clients by identifying manpower requirements across various sectors. Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and service presentations. Attend business networking events, HR expos, and industry forums to represent ResModTec. Coordinate closely with ResModTec's internal recruitment and operations teams Understand client requirements (job descriptions, salary benchmarks, onboarding process). Liaise with candidates and assist with pre-screening and shortlisting when necessary. Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder's post-deal. Serve as a single point of contact for assigned clients and ensure satisfaction with services. Seek renewal and upselling opportunities with existing clients.

Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum 3-5 years' experience in recruitment or HR business development in the UAE. Proven client network and ability to win outsourcing or recruitment contracts. Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa processing, and outsourcing models. Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills. Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle multiple assignments. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or other regional languages is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:



Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in time management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM system familiarity is a plus. Bilingual in English and Arabic is an added advantage.
