The International Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our clients in Angola. This position is based in Dubai and requires a proactive and experienced recruiter with a deep understanding of the Angolan job market and recruitment landscape. Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand the Angolan job market, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Stay updated on Angolan employment laws, regulations, and cultural nuances affecting recruitment.
  • Job Sourcing and Posting:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and post job openings.
  • Candidate Identification and Assessment:
  • Identify, engage, and assess potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop relationships with potential candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and collaborate on effective strategies for successful placements.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all recruitment processes comply with local and international regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on international hiring, preferably with knowledge of the Angolan job market.
  • Familiarity with Angola\'s cultural, legal, and business environment.
