- Candidate Identification and Assessment:
- Identify, engage, and assess potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop relationships with potential candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
