- Resourcing of candidates from job boards
- Screening, interviewing & inducting candidates
- Job advertising Setting & confirming rosters
- Daily candidate management
- Database management
- Payroll requirements
- Client & candidate liaison
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Vetting new candidates
- Setting & confirming rosters

- Excellent computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
- 5+ Years of Experience
- Candidates must have at least 6 months? experience in recruitment within the healthcare sector.
- Experience in ATS ? Application Tracking System
- Excellent communication skills
- Good phone manner
- Excellent team player
