The Role
Build long-term relationships with clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognize and strive to meet client\'s hiring needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and implement recruiting strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and post job advertisements \xe2\x80\xa2 Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess applications and resumes \xe2\x80\xa2 Screen applicants before the interviewing process \xe2\x80\xa2 Match applicants to job positions \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide recruitment support to the whole team, manage complete coordination in an effective and efficient manner and to ensure excellent client and customer management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop recruitment goals and objectives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Source passive candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Search resume databases for the most fit candidates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate with Hiring Managers.

Requirements
