Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dubai.As a Recruitment Consultant you are responsible for placing the right candidates in jobs at our clients by actively headhunting them. The whole process of sourcing, screening, making the match, and guiding them through the application till onboarding is part of your job.

Description
Tasks and responsibilities:- Knows how to use the various selection channels in an effective way in order to headhunt the right candidate;
- Selects candidates that are a good match for the vacancies, based on the background and preferences of the client;
- Links the candidate to the client and arranges job interviews;
- Takes care that the KPIs are achieved independently.
- Makes sure that the administrative processes related to the application process of a candidate are handled correctly;
- Writes suitable job vacancy texts and ensures that these are shared on all the necessary channels.
