Starling Services are urgently looking for Recruitment Consultant in the market who are interested in working with us.

The role

We are looking for a talented individual who brings with them not only experience, but the drive to succeed.
  • Working Hours- Australian time

Key responsibilities include:
  • Screening, interviewing & inducting candidates.

  • Recruiting IT and non-IT professionals

  • Job advertising
  • Fulfilling client recruitment requests

  • Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.

  • Recruiting IT professionals for the organisation.
  • Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
  • Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments.

  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.

  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
  • Setting & confirming rosters.
  • Daily candidate management

  • Database management

  • Reference checking

  • Payroll requirements

  • Client & candidate liaison
  • Answering and directing phone calls

Skills and Experience required:
  • Excellent computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good phone manner
  • Excellent team player.
