Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager

Job Description
The Role
- Building strong relationships with the clients and the contacts within them . Expand the client contacts among HR, hiring managers, executives . Keep regular contact with the client contacts via phone, email, video call and F2F meetings . Grasp a thorough understanding of the client's needs . Search, screen and qualify candidates for jobs . Delegate jobs across recruiters and other TRS offices for the searches . Send profiles of candidates with CV and additional information as the client requests . Ensure all profiles going to the client are up a standard expected . Ensure set targets against the account are met quarterly/annually . Keep an accurate record of all activities on CRM We can offer a competitive salary and high on-target-earnings combining commission. - At least 5 years of experience in a recruitment role . Client facing experience . Experience of high-level placements or executive search . Middle East recruitment experience . Fluent English and strong communications skills
