Black Pearl is currently growing its team of consultants in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This position will be responsible for delivering growth of new business and account development of existing client relations. A key success to this role is in delivering high quality service to clients and professional candidates through the retention and development of business matching candidates of best fit to client requirements and performing a variety of supporting administrative tasks.Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:Obtain detailed assignment information from clients and utilise it to provide effective client service.Ensure all client roles are suitably matched with appropriate candidates and filled in line with client expectations and contractual requirements.Maintain regular contact with candidates who have been interviewed and awaiting placement.Proactively attract candidates through appropriate advertising mediums ensuring that a pool of suitable candidates is continuously built and maintained.Meet with clients regularly and ensure the implementation of a Call Cycle.Develop an ongoing understanding of the clients' business through building ongoing relationships.Through understanding the clients' business, provide regular updates on Black Pearl's local market activity.Ensure client requests are completed in a timely manner and to the highest possible service level.Undertake weekly telemarketing calls to generate new business opportunities.Undertake weekly sales visits to prospective clients.Attend networking events to generate new business opportunities.To be considered you should meet the following criteria:holds higher diploma or university degreehave a strong background in Finance/Accounting/Investment or in Information Technologyhave a strong customer service skillsstrong fluency in English language knowledge in another language is a plusknowledgeable in using Microsoft application, preferably with good experience in creating/editing documents in Word and Excelhave good typing speedwilling to work in a target driven environmenthave the CAN DO attitude and have the ability to think OUT-OF-THE-BOXstrong willingness to travel around UAE when requiredflexible to work outside normal working hoursSalary package: We offer a competitive salary package and good commission scheme.If you think this is the challenge you are looking for, we invite to send your CV now or contact any of our offices to know more about the opportunity!Due to expected amount of application, Black Pearl will only contact those shortlisted candidates
