The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, recruiting, and placing highly qualified candidates in positions within various sectors. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the health care, digital and various industries
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiate offers and contracts with candidates and clients
• Responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders by providing high-quality HR consulting services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the health care and digital sectors
• Proficiency in sales and marketing skills, deal making, negotiations, and other related tasks as required by the role.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Strong negotiation skills
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
