Job Description

There is currently c.120 employees in the MENA region, with exciting plans to grow rapidly in the next 18 months. Therefore, the HR team need a permanent resource to focus predominantly on leading the recruitment efforts for our MENA region (UAE and KSA), with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities of candidates.

Reporting to the local HR Manager, this role would suit an experienced Recruitment Advisor who wants to gain more exposure in a growing international organisation.
Essential Requirements
Talent Acquisition. You will oversee the entire application process for our UAE and KSA offices. You will ensure a smooth experience and an exceptional candidate journey from the initial job application to the screening to the selection process and, finally, the job offer. You are not just our candidates' first point of contact, but also act as a strategic partner to the HR Manager and the senior leadership team. You will oversee our hiring needs and develop a strategy for our growth plan.

Agency Management. You will create and maintain relationships with service providers through strategic partnerships in order to achieve a strong talent pipeline at any given time.

Headhunting. As a recruiter with a focus on headhunting, you will lead the entire active sourcing process. You will find suitable candidates through all channels, create shortlists, and engage the candidates with Efficio. As a result, you will be able to maintain a steady talent pipeline for both our consulting staff and our corporate functions.

Diverse Project Work. You will take on exciting project topics to continuously improve our Talent Acquisition processes and manage all upcoming recruiting challenges, such as changes to our hiring process, forward-looking workforce planning, and others.
Desirable Requirements
Well-rounded education. A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable
Prior experience recruiting for professional services roles – ideally in management consulting
Experience using LinkedIn for headhunting
Strong communicator (both oral and written) with the ability to build solid professional relationships with internal stakeholders of all levels, as well as with candidates
Very strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and independently
Agility and flexibility to succeed in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities
IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Prior use of an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn/job boards
