The Role
Charterhouse is working with a world-renowned educational institute who has a campus in Qatar and is looking to hire an In-house Recruitment Advisor to form part of their Student Advisory Team. As the In-house Recruitment Advisor you will provide one-to-one career coaching to the current senior class as well as recent alumni. This will include coaching in the writing of resumes and poignant cover letters, conduct career-related workshops and identify internship opportunities and possible permanent jobs. You will be required to source, build and maintain relationships with outside organisations for the benefit of the students.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate must hold a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 -5 years working experience in a similar role of mentoring and guiding students in their future career path. You will be required to develop and deliver presentations so excellent communication skills, both oral and in writing is essential, and Arabic is advantageous. Strong interpersonal attributes, attention to detail and the ability to work independently is necessary in order to succeed in this role. A reputable network of local and international organizations for both internship and permanent employment with be beneficial. This position is an initial one year contract so preference will be given to candidates already in Qatar.
