Role Overview

As a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding successful hires. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce that aligns with PSI's business goals and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

full recruitment cycle

: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create tailored recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial HR screening calls and coordinate interviews. Handle bulk hiring for sales/real estate agents and specialized recruitment for other departments. Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. Ensure a

positive candidate experience

throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and promote PSI as an employer of choice.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE

(real estate recruitment experience preferred). Strong understanding of hiring practices. Proven ability to source and attract top talent across multiple roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English (Arabic/other languages is an advantage). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
