Job Description

:


  • Manage strategic recruitment planning in accordance with the plan set by the management.
  • Close communication in all areas of expertise, both internal and external, to promote timely recruitment.
  • Develop a clear and timely recruitment procedure.
  • Participate with relevant professional departments to conduct highly effective recruitment interviews.
  • Home Visit Gather relevant information about new employees to request approval from management.
  • Report to management directly.
  • Manage the training room, equipment \xe2\x80\x93 lesson materials, both Hard copy and Soft copy.
  • Prepare annual training schedule and other training programs in accordance with the human resource development plan set by the management.
  • Coordinate with all professional departments in organizing training programs for new employees, current employees and staff who have changed roles.
  • Participate in orienting and training the trainees to maintain good order and order during the study.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience related to recruitment, training, staff training.
  • Good communication skills, honest and able to work in a team.
  • Good command of English, good writing and speaking skills.
  • Able to use Ms Office Word & Ms Excel.
