Support recruiters in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for review.
Prepare and send offer letters, background check requests, and onboarding documents.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination roles preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ATS tools like Workable or Greenhouse.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced hiring environment.
