The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts. This role plays a critical part in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the right people are hired to support our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, company career pages, and social media platforms
Source and attract candidates through various channels including databases, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and gather feedback
Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
Negotiate job offers and terms of employment
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports on hiring status
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation, recruiting trends, and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or at a staffing agency)
Familiarity with ATS and resume databases
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices
