About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter based in Dubai with 2-4 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment, particularly in sectors like healthcare, hospitality, retail, and administration. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience handling spouse visa processing and working within recruitment consultancies servicing the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various industries within the UAE market.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates aligned with client requirements.
Manage spouse visa applications and related documentation in compliance with UAE immigration laws.
Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE) for visa approvals and labor permits.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and visa authorities to ensure smooth recruitment and visa processing.
Work within the consultancy framework to deliver timely and efficient recruitment services.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases in line with company and client standards.
Stay updated on UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and industry trends to provide compliant and effective recruitment solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
2 to 4 years of recruitment experience in non-IT sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, retail, or administration within the UAE.
Proven expertise with spouse visa processing and knowledge of UAE immigration procedures.
Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency in Dubai or the wider UAE region.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and candidate relationships effectively.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, MOHRE, and GDRFA processes.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
