Position: Recruiter - HR Consultancy (Blue & White Collar Focus)

Location: Business Bay, Dubai | Start-Up Role | Full-Time

Success Factor, a growing HR consultancy based in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Recruiter with experience in both in-house hiring and client-based recruitment for blue and white-collar roles. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 30-40% in-house recruitment of Tagalog-speaking female staff (nannies, babysitters, housekeeping, etc.) for our in-house team, Happy Helpers. Handle 60-70% external hiring for clients across the UAE, GCC, and Europe. Build and manage client accounts, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored talent solutions. Prepare and manage employment contracts and ensure legal compliance. Use multimedia tools to create engaging video profiles for candidates. Coach candidates on creating professional video introductions. Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to deliver recruitment outcomes.

Who Should Apply?

?Tagalog speakers or those with experience hiring domestic staff ? Background in HR agencies, Tadbeer centers, facilities management, or recruitment consultancies ? Able to manage both volume and senior-level hiring across sectors

Qualifications

2-5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in HR consultancy) Strong network in blue-collar and white-collar talent pools Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Multimedia recruitment and video profiling experience is a plus

Compensation

AED 4,000 - 5,000 (fixed salary) AED 4,000 - 10,000 in sales incentives (performance-based)
