About our Client
Our client is a progressive real estate brokerage in Dubai whose goal is to support clients and partners in achieving their real estate aspirations through off-plan, residential, commercial, and property management services. Role Overview
As an in-house recruiter, you'll play a strategic role in sourcing and attracting experienced talent who embody the company's values of integrity, expertise, client-focus, and collaboration, and who advance the company's mission of excellence in action.
Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Strategy
  • Source candidates across Off-Plan Property Consulting, Property Management, Client Advisory, and Sales roles.
  • Leverage channels like LinkedIn, job boards, industry networks, and referrals, with a keen eye for integrity and long-term orientation.
  • Cultural & Values Fit
  • Screen for alignment with the ethos of client-first relationships, authenticity, and shared team commitment
  • Highlight the emphasis on journeying toward excellence for both clients and employees as a unique employer value proposition
  • Selection & Onboarding
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate knowledge in specialized areas, communication, ethics, and team-fit.
  • Collaborate with team leads and HR to ensure a seamless onboarding process-aligning new staff with company culture of supportiveness and excellence.
  • Talent Pipeline & Employer Brand
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Promote company reputation as a values-centered real estate advisory
  • Process & Metrics
Track and report on hiring metrics-time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, retention rates-to measure and refine for impact.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience within real estate (off-plan, property management, consulting).
  • An understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market, including developer relationships, payment mechanisms, and legal frameworks would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of property management cycles.
  • Possess and demonstrate excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools and candidate sourcing platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and process optimization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in UAE real estate sector is mandatory
  • Multilingual-English (required), Arabic (advantageous).
