The Recruiter - Real Estate will be responsible for building and delivering real estate recruitment mandates, with a core focus on hiring real estate agents for brokerage and developer clients across Dubai. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from market mapping and candidate attraction through assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
The position will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, advise on talent strategy, and execute scalable hiring solutions. A key focus will be building deep candidate networks within Dubais real estate brokerage market and positioning Virtucruit as a trusted hiring partner.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have hands-on recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate sector, with proven exposure to hiring real estate agents or commission-based sales professionals. Strong understanding of brokerage structures, agent compensation models, and performance-driven environments is essential.
The ideal profile demonstrates strong stakeholder management, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced consultancy environment. Excellent communication skills and an established local market network are highly valued.
