Part-Time Recruiters
to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Source candidates using online platforms, referrals, and internal databases
Screen CVs and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets
Assist in closing positions within set timelines
Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic computer skills
Must be based in Dubai
Available to work flexible hours
