Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and recruitment activities.
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience
in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in oil and gas
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Candidates must be available in Qatar to join immediately.
