About Our Client
Our client is a Dubai-based real estate company operating in property sales, investment advisory, and holiday home management.
We're looking for a passionate Recruiter with experience in the real estate sector (or similar industries) to join our clients team.
You'll be at the heart of their talent acquisition efforts building strong pipelines, connecting with exceptional candidates, and helping them grow a high-performing team.
What you'll do:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and corporate roles.
• Source and engage top talent across multiple channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver results.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offersensuring a great candidate experience.

What we're looking for:

• Min. 4 years recruitment experience in real estate or related fields.
• Strong sourcing skills and market knowledge in the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Ability to deliver in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
