Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 4 \xe2\x80\x93 6 years of experience as a recruiter with minimum 2 years of experience in UAE.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication skills in English & Tagalog.
\xe2\x80\x93 Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
\xe2\x80\x93 Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
\xe2\x80\x93 Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
\xe2\x80\x93 Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong decision-making skills.
\xe2\x80\x93 BS/MS in Human Resources Management.
