. The role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our fast-paced retail operations and fashion divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for retail and fashion roles, including sales associates, store managers, merchandisers, and back-office support.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies).
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with hiring managers regarding recruitment updates.
Prepare job descriptions, interview questions, and candidate evaluation forms aligned with business needs.
Manage offer letters, contracts, and onboarding formalities for new hires.
Maintain recruitment data and reports to track hiring performance and KPIs.
Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract suitable talent.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity hiring practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
3 years of recruitment experience in retail and fashion
industry.
Fluency in Arabic and English
(spoken & written) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of retail workforce needs, fashion trends, and market challenges.
Proficiency in ATS, HRMS, and MS Office.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience in bulk/mass recruitment for retail outlets.
Knowledge of UAE/GCC labor laws (if applicable).
Strong networking abilities within retail and fashion industry.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
