Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Liaise with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
Post job ads across portals and proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
Conduct interviews in both
Arabic and English
.
Maintain accurate records on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build a strong pipeline for recurring and future vacancies.
Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
Must be
fluent in Arabic and English
(both written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.
Knowledge of UAE labor regulations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
