a) Recreation Centre Coordinator shall be 27 years of age or above and shall be with excellent oral & written communication skills.
Shall be smart in appearance and provided with an appropriate uniform.
Shall hold a certification in kinesiology or equivalent with proficiency in Microsoft excel, word, power point, etc. with good typing and office skills, Minutes of meeting, statistics etc.
Some knowledge in Arabic Language is desirable.
Fitness Centre Coordinator shall have a minimum of 5 years' experience in this field.
b) Recreation Centre coordinator responsibilities shall include but not limited:
Ability to supervise the entire fitness center's and swimming pool operations within Client HQ.
Interviewing, training, and supervising staff.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
Deals with secretarial works and appointments.
Prepare monthly reports end invoices for departmental and official functions.
Receives and answers queries by telephone or directly from individuals and direct such queries to the appropriate area.
Performs related duties as assigned such arranging for maintenance of Fitness Centre or swimming pool equipment.
Maintain stationary stores, issue materials as per approved request.
Maintain adequate supplies for first aid items in coordination with company.
Performs any relevant duty within the SCOPE as required by Company.
Dealing with enquiries, complaints, and emergencies; and
Report any issue related to health, safety, machine malfunction, hazardous risks, etc to Company.
