UAEAccuMed is looking for a Reconciliation Associate to process denied claims and optimize revenue recovery. Only candidates with Abu Dhabi experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and process rejected claims from payers Appeal inappropriately denied/underpaid claims Ensure compliance with coding and insurance guidelines Analyze rejection trends and provide feedback Meet daily quality and productivity targets Coordinate with internal teams on claim resolution
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Medicine (MBBS) or medical field 3-5 years of medical claims resubmission experience in Abu Dhabi
Must have Abu Dhabi insurance experience
2 years in handling resubmissions/reconciliation Knowledge of insurance protocols and guidelinesPerformance Focus:
100% accuracy in claim reconciliation Meeting productivity targets Reducing rejection rates Timely issue escalation
