Resubmission Officer (OP & IP)

AccuMed is hiring a Resubmission Officer to handle claim resubmissions and optimize revenue recovery.

Only candidates with Abu Dhabi experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Resubmit previously denied claims with highest quality standards Analyze claim denials and perform proper justifications Ensure compliance with coding, insurance and regulatory guidelines Maintain set TATs and productivity targets Provide daily feedback on denial trends Escalate issues to team leads promptly

Requirements:

Coding certification from AAPC/AHIMA 2-3 years coding experience handling IP & OP claims Bachelor's degree in life science/paramedical/nursing

Must have Abu Dhabi insurance experience

Complete knowledge of regulatory guidelines Strong English communication skills

Performance Metrics:

100% TAT adherence for resubmissions Meeting productivity targets Maintaining 100% quality in claim verification Effective escalation of denial issues
