Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years UAE - in a receptionist or administrative role;Have knowledge in main administrative works, bookkeeping (accounting), good communication skills, flexible to multitask, can work with minimal supervision.
Skills:
1- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Google) and general office equipment.
4- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
5- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
