Job Description
The first face any current and prospective members will see, a fountain of knowledge for our clients wants and needs and an overall PEOPLE person. We are looking for candidates who radiate positivity, who can keep a calm head during a busy rush hour and handle multiple tasks at once! This is a very rewarding role in which you will meet literally thousands of new people and work in a very close knit team, leading from the front. We do require previous experience in this role 2yrs Expectations (including but not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting all current and prospective members with a positive attitude
- Handling queries and complaints with the utmost professionalism
- Managing clients memberships and payments when required
- Gathering good reviews and feedback from Happy members,
- Using the systems and software to ensure smooth running of the business
- Doing regular Brand Standards and Health and Safety check of the gym and recording them in a timely manner
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the Facilities.
- Relaying important messages to the Sales and Management team effectively
- Keeping all front of house documentation in order
- At least 1 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably with a sales background
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in TARGET oriented environment
