We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Admission Coordinator/Tele Sales Staff

to join our team at our reputable training institute in Abu Dhabi. The primary responsibility of this role will be to handle incoming inquiries, manage student admissions, and promote our various training programs to potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads and inquiries from prospective students. Effectively communicate the benefits and details of our courses to potential students via phone and email. Assist in processing admissions, including collecting necessary documentation and guiding students through the application process. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to ensure high conversion rates. Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or admissions is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the institute.
