Receptionist/ Office Administrator required for Exhibition company.

our office is in Jebel Ali Industrial Area.
About You:
Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) as a receptionist/office admin, or similar role in the UAE
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications & Google Docs, computers, and other office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and appearance, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience in events/ exhibitions including basic knowledge of using Accounting Software, CRM system would be an advantage.
