Responsible and leading the financial results:
Managing day to day operations of the salon,
Maintaining stock inventories, record keeping, and payroll management.
Determining appropriate marketing strategies and guiding the business to boost bookings.
To develop marketing strategies and social media awareness.
Maintaining high customer service levels and ensuring all complaints are dept with promptly and efficiently and in confidence.
Manage & supports the efforts by planning, training and providing resources to the team.
Has management skills especially handling the staff properly. Lastly, Honesty and Integrity are must in this position.
