We are a

well-established beauty salon brand with multiple branches across the UAE

, dedicated to providing

exceptional service and luxury experiences

to our clients. We are currently seeking a

motivated and experienced Receptionist

to join our growing team in

Sharjah

.

? Key Responsibilities:



Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere Manage

phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and appointment bookings

efficiently Handle

scheduling and coordination of appointments

through salon software (

Zenoti

) Process

payments accurately

and maintain proper records for cash and card transactions Provide information about

services, promotions, and retail products

Maintain the

cleanliness and presentation

of the reception and waiting areas Support salon staff in daily operations and ensure smooth client flow Address and resolve

client inquiries or concerns

in a professional and courteous manner
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
