Job Summary:



We are looking for a skilled and organized

Administrative & Reception Officer

with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company and will manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception Duties:



Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area. Receive and distribute deliveries, couriers, and mail.

Administrative Duties:



Provide administrative support to various departments (HR, Accounting, Sales, etc.). Maintain and update filing systems (digital and physical). Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in organizing internal events or staff meetings.

Requirements:



preferable from Philippines Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role (minimum 3 years). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Professional appearance and attitude. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field. Experience in the UAE is a plus. Familiarity with front office management tools (e.g., phone systems, visitor management systems).

Residence is required.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
