Handle phone calls and emails in Arabic and English
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Organize files, documents, and office paperwork
Coordinate daily administrative tasks
Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written)
Proficient in computer use and data entry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage documents and office filing
Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus
