Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Job Description

A new Medical Center is seeking a professional Arabic-speaking Receptionist with experience in dental, derma, and facial laser medical centres. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support front-desk operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients; manage check-in and check-out

Answer phone calls and Whats App inquiries in Arabic and English

Schedule and confirm appointments for dental, derma, and laser services

Coordinate patient flow with clinical staff

Process payments, invoices, and insurance documents

Update and maintain patient records

Keep the reception area clean, organised, and patient-friendly

Provide administrative support to daily operations

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic; good command of English

1-2 years experience in dental, derma, or laser clinics

Strong customer service and communication skills

Knowledge of booking software(doc 32)

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in aesthetic or cosmetic medical centers

Familiarity with insurance approvals and claims (optional)
