Gravity Power Management Consultancies is seeking a professional and highly organised
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
to support daily office operations and act as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, efficient, and well-coordinated advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, calendars, and meeting scheduling.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
Maintain organised filing systems for physical and digital records.
Coordinate with management on administrative, compliance, and client support tasks.
Support document preparation for corporate, legal, and consulting engagements.
Assist with office logistics, supplier coordination, and general administration.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role.
Experience in professional service environments such as consulting, legal, finance, real estate, or corporate services is preferred.
Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
UAE work experience is strongly preferred.
Profile We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree (attested) is mandatory.
Strong English fluency is mandatory. Arabic is highly preferred. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
