Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence efficiently
Assist in preparing and reviewing tenancy contracts, lease agreements, and other real estate documents
Maintain accurate and organized office records and files
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and office activities
Support administrative tasks and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
Preferably female candidate
2-3 years of experience in reception, administration, or real estate support
Basic understanding of tenancy contracts and real estate documentation
Excellent time management and punctuality
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
