Job Summary: The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing customer service to all visitors and callers, as well as performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the office staff. This role requires organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Order and maintain office supplies
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
Communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time management skills
