Position Overview:



We are seeking an organized and Trustworthy Receptionist/Secretary to join our small team. As someone who will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Location:

Dubai, Garhoud - Airport road area

Responsibilities:



1. Office Maintenance:



- Keep the reception area and main offices tidy and well-organized. This role will encompass cleaning the office space.

2. Front Desk Management:



- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

3. Administrative Support:



- Assist with general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and anticipating needs.

- Compile proforma invoices and commercial invoices

Requirements:



- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or administrative assistant.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is desirable but not necessary.

- Someone open to cleaning and maintaining office cleanliness.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

- Ability to assist by writing up proforma Invoices.

- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.

- Experience working in general trading companies or export/import companies would be great.
