Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials.

Ensure compliance with security procedures (e.g., visitor log, issuing badges, Office door opening and closure.

Data entry of the maintenance and labor application, tracking and reminders to the concerned department.

Keep record of the vehicle's expiry and renewal reminders to the concerned department.

Releasing cheques to the suppliers and returning the complete voucher to the accounts department.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting.

Assist colleagues and management with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent.

Work experience as receptionist or front desk officer. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Professional attitude and appearance.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Customer service attitude and pleasant demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Language:

English (Required) Hindi or Urdu (Preferred)
