We are seeking a presentable and professional female Admin cum Receptionist to be the face of our clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be warm, welcoming, and efficient, capable of managing both administrative tasks and front-desk responsibilities with a high level of customer service. She should also be tech-savvy and able to handle digital tools to manage patient leads, records, and scheduling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and welcome patients in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage front desk operations including phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries.
Maintain and update patient records both digitally and physically.
Handle new patient leads, follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with medical staff and assist with daily clinic operations.
Manage administrative tasks such as filing, billing support, and inventory monitoring.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle emails, social media messages (if required), and basic clinic promotions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Female candidates only, preferably on own visa.
Prior experience as a receptionist or admin in a clinic or healthcare setup is preferred.
Good communication skills in English ( Arabic is a plus ).
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM or clinic management software).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Presentable appearance and a professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
