Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to assist on the incoming customers to the Center . Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors all the customers and assist them on their requirements.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Helping maintain the workplace in an organized way
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.s.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Scheduling appointments.
Requirements and skills
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Preferred a Taglog speaker
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED3,000.00 per month Language:
  • Tagalog (Required)
