Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Maintain the reception area to reflect the firm's corporate image
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with hospitality arrangements
Support the wider administration team with clerical and organizational tasks
Requirements:
UAE National (with Family Book)
Excellent communication in English and Arabic
Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role preferred
Proficient in MS Office and general office systems
Friendly, reliable, and proactive approach
