We seek to employ the service of an experienced receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties.
Duties:
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, filter, and forward incoming calls Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails / deliveries Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other administrative receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
