Greets and assists all visitors to the facility in a courteous and professional manner. Answers and routes incoming telephone; Locates employees and/or takes messages; Distributes messages in a timely manner. Order office supplies and keep an inventory of stock. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Arranging messengers for cheque collection & distribution.
