Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Front Desk Duties
Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally.
Answer and route phone calls promptly and accurately.
Manage front desk cleanliness and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person courteously and efficiently.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve client issues.
Maintain customer feedback records and assist in service improvement.
Support the sales and operations team in client coordination when required.
Secretarial & Administrative Support
Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Maintain filing systems, office records, and databases.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate with HR and other departments for administrative tasks.
Office Coordination
Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.
Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and visits.
Support in documentation and report compilation as assigned.
