Receptionist / Secretary
to join our office and be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and warmly.
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails.
Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and management.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and databases.
Handle basic administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist agents and managers with documentation and follow-ups.
Coordinate meeting rooms and prepare materials for meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized reception and office area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or similar administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Prior experience in real estate or property management.
