Abyan Building Construction Company is looking for a
professional Arab Receptionist/Secretary
(female candidates are welcome to apply) to join our office team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations and assist with Arabic documentation and communication.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Prepare, review, and translate
Arabic documents, letters, and contracts
.
Maintain office records, files, and administrative systems.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence.
Support general office tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Arab nationality (female preferred).
Strong proficiency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Experience in secretarial or administrative roles is an advantage.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and attitude.
